From the moment I stepped into the world of MMA back in 2011, my journey has been driven by a deep love for combat sports and a commitment to helping others grow stronger, smarter and more confident.
I’m Arbi Shamaev, a seasoned MMA competitor and coach based in Warsaw with a rich competitive history and a proven track record in developing fighters at all levels.
Through years of training and competition, I’ve built a strong foundation in striking, grappling and fight strategy, fighting professionally in organizations like FEN and earning experience that I now bring straight into the training environment.
I’m also proud to coach athletes at WCA Fight Team, where I’ve worked with some of the most recognized names in Polish MMA, helping them sharpen their skills, improve their fight IQ and succeed in both amateur and professional arenas.
For me, effective MMA coaching means more than technique - it’s about building mental resilience, tactical thinking and physical readiness tailored to each athlete’s goals.
