Hi,
I’m Pavol Garaj, founder and head coach at PAGA Gym in Poprad, where I bring over two decades of kickboxing experience to every training session. I started kickboxing as a kid and have since competed in numerous amateur and professional bouts across different rule sets - from point fighting and light contact to full contact, low kick and K‑1.
Over the years I’ve fought at major events and even boxed in top global promotions like GLORY, Enfusion and WKN, being one of only a few Slovak fighters to reach that level.
I’ve also stood on top of the podium as Slovak National Champion in the WAKO PRO 75 kg division and led PAGA Gym athletes to success at national championships where our team earned many medals.
At the gym, my focus is on technical excellence, real fight readiness and personal progression - whether you’re training for competition or shaping your fitness and confidence through combat sports.
